The holiday home Podere Palazzone in Italy dates back to late 16th century. Our peaceful, family-run agriturismo has four holiday apartments, each 55 m², in the typical antique country house style of Tuscany. They have relaxing bedrooms, charming dining rooms with cooking facilities and private bathrooms. From the apartments you access directly to the spacious park with a lawn for sunbathing and dining area in the shade of mighty holms.
The spectacular infinity pool is just in front of the apartments. It offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and the Etruscan town of Volterra. Moreover, the holiday home Podere Palazzone is embedded in the typical countryside of Tuscany, with small vineyards, olive groves, woods, and pastures.
On request we offer breakfast service. Don’t miss our themed dinners all about olive oil, Tuscan herbs, and the Classici of Italian cuisine. Take a breeze of Italian Dolce Vita, while we serve delicious Mediterranean meals under the pergola at sunset.

Booking Terms
- Final cleaning per stay: €80 – to ensure every guest finds a clean apartment upon arrival.
- Bed linen is provided.
- Kitchen and bathroom towels are provided.
- No additional costs – WiFi, water, electricity, heating, parking, and pool use are all included.
- Infinity pool open 24 hours. We kindly ask for quiet during evening hours.
- All apartments are non-smoking.
- Deposit: 30% upon booking. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

- High season includes Easter, Pentecost, summer, autumn holidays, and Christmas. All other periods are considered low season.
